Review:
My favorite movie of all time. This was a defective part of the work of Coppola and seeing the dark heart documentary has become even more attractive. Coppola was at this time king of Hollywood after making GodfatherII bachelor and developed the ego necessary to even dare to try to make a movie like Apocalypse Now For sheer arrogance, he went to the Philippines with a partial write and see what I thought was going to do when he got there. As Captain Willard thought he would know what to do, and became Colonel Kurtz compound. And Willard, knew he would do when he got there. This is a masterpiece of American cinema, beautifully photographed and the river is a metaphor, and as a perfect backdrop for the story. What I like about Apocalypse Now is not offering answers or conclusions. Therefore, because of this open incomplete angered some viewers who want their films to be much more evident. This film that defies categorization. Some call it a war film it's nothing, really is a man's personal study. The best photo about Vietnam Platoon is in my opinion, and if the viewer is looking for a rereading of the Vietnam War go there first for answers. Coppola to be commended for his opinion about the war bureaucracy that very effectively conveys the meeting with Gen.Corman and Lucas (Harrison Ford) and the Playmate Review. The audacity of Kilgore him a memorable character and makes dawn attack will always be a classic.It Hollywood is a nearly final cruise to a very surreal psychedelic making a film is not accessible all . Very hard to see, but also rewarding. I could offer my explanations of each scene, but it would be totally useless. This film is expected to interpretation rather than immediate contemplation gratification.A little note on the bottom of the page, for sure if the public for the first time in Apocalypse Now, see the original First Redux version is, I think, over the intention of the fan and more a curiosity than a new and improved version of the film
